Height of cut on the greens is at Summer height of 3mm, cut daily

Greens have been Double Verti-Cut to thin out the grass sward on Monday

Tees, Greens Collars and Surrounds are being cut twice a week

Fairways are being twice this week

The carries on the 5th and 6th hole have been strimmed 

Derek has been selected as a Greenkeeper to assist during The Open at Troon.

Established in 1906 on the undulating moorland above the town of Matlock, the eastern gateway to the Peak District National Park, our Club offers a challenging 18-hole par 70 course with spectacular views across the Derwent Valley and unrivalled practice facilities, including a 10 bay covered and floodlit driving range.
